Showing IMPRINTS in the UK parliament

6 12 2012

We presented IMPRINTS yesterday to MPs and selected invitees in the Houses of Parliament, because we were considered a first-class example of the interdisciplinary research that is carried out in the context of the Global Uncertainties Program of the UK research councils.  We had a series of beautifully designed ID items on display, among which a QR scarf and smart jewellery. David Willets, the minister of science and universities seemed to like it and said it was all very ‘star trekky’.
