Explained the new king of the Netherlands to The Guardian

April 30 used to be Queen’s day in The Netherlands, with loads of festivities and a massive free market, where everyone can sell their old junk and kids can show their creative skills; for money of course.  This year it was also the day of regime change: after more than a century of queens, we now have a man on the throne. I talked with Paul Owen of The Guardian to explain the Dutch monarchy, as far as monarchy can be explained of course. Listen here
