Speaking at Identity Next in The Hague

10 12 2013

On November 12 I did a keynote for the yearly Identity Next Conference about our IMPRINTS research. ID-Next is an open and independent platform to support and facilitate innovative approaches in the world of the Digital identity, create awareness about  digital identity, provide a knowledge and networking platform for experts in IT, Business and Marketers across Europe. IMPRINTS was also nominated for their innovation-award, the first time a research project was nominated. The organizers liked our radical user-centric approach, and the innovative ways of data collection. We lost to Barcelona that had a concrete local citizen card in the competition. It was a great event, with people from many different areas of IM, and quite a bit of attention for initiatives around e-identity cards. Our research also drew attention from a Dutch professional magazine De Automatiseringsgids, for IT professionals, and we’ll get a big spread in there (with picture!).
